SphinnCon Israel – Event Summary

Well it’s now 23:09 and I just got back home… It has been a really long and exciting day for me.

SphinnCon Israel was an exciting event. I am not familiar with the final number of guests, but for my eyes it seemed very similar to ~200 SE’ enthusiasts mingling, networking, debating, eating, drinking etc.

In a way, it reminded me my first SES event I attended in Munich back in 2002 – Small, cozy – and most important – Getting the local industry together in one place, for the first time ever. Continue reading “SphinnCon Israel – Event Summary”

Sphinncon Israel 2008, we’ve arrived!

We’ve officially arrived at Sphinncon Israel 2008. Lots of great people, the buffet looks great. Barry Schwartz from Rustybrick and SearchengineLand is here as well. Check out the picture of us together.

The SEO panel is going to start soon so I’ll try and keep you updated as much as I can. I’m on the panel so I’ll have someone post updates as they come in.

User Generated Video & Silver Surfers: Friend or Foe?

I read a new research summary from eMarketer this weekend. The summary analyzed three interesting researches on the interesting subject of User Generated Video and the demographic segmentation of its use.

The three article examined the demographic patterns of user generated video consumption, trying to identify segments which tend to use and consume this type of media more than others.
